Women & Hi Tech invites you to an elegant evening celebrating the women and allies driving STEM forward across Indiana. Held every two years, the Leading Light Awards honor the mentors, innovators, risk-takers, and leaders who are reshaping science, technology, engineering, and math — and lighting the way for those who follow.

This year's theme, Connected Brilliance, celebrates the network of people whose combined energy, insight, and mentorship move our community forward. The evening brings together professionals, educators, students, and industry partners for a night of recognition, connection, and inspiration.

The gala is also a cornerstone for giving back. Alongside the awards, Women & Hi Tech presents scholarships and professional development grants to high school students, undergraduates, graduate students, and STEM professionals across the state — investing directly in the next generation of Indiana talent.
